If a sporting event is postponed and does not resume within 24 hours of its originally scheduled time, all related bets will be voided and stakes fully refunded. If the event resumes within 24 hours, all bets remain valid.
Sports betting results on raa888 are based on official results announced by the relevant governing sports body. For any disputed result, raa888 will refer to official sources before processing any payout.
Raa888 reserves the right to suspend or close betting markets for any event at any time for security or sporting integrity reasons. No compensation will be provided for market closures prior to an event's start.
All Live Casino games at raa888 — including Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Roulette, and other casino games — use real physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels) operated by live human dealers. Slots and RNG games use random number generators (RNG) that have been independently verified and audited.
In cases of technical disruption that prevent a game round from completing, raa888 will return all unresolved bets to the relevant member's account. No payouts will be made for incomplete rounds resulting from technical disruptions.
